Call to Ministry:
Throughout my life, God has given me passions, abilities, open doors, and mentors that have all given me glimpses of the different aspects of my calling. While I do not know exactly where the Lord will lead in the future, right now I feel called to create an environment of safety and belonging for those on the outs, personally disciple others, and help meet people's felt needs. During the residency, I hope to develop these skills and continue to walk through the open doors that God provides!

Call to Ministry:
Vocational ministry was not on my mind going into college, and graduating with just a ministry degree was one thing I said I’d never do. It’s funny how God works like that. After an extended period of wrestling with the patient yet persistent voice of God, and by the faithful witness of those around me, I accepted God’s call on my life to pastoral ministry in the local church. I’m looking forward to growing in my understanding and confidence of the particular ways I have been gifted and burdened to cultivate people’s imaginations around knowing and following Jesus!

When I was a sophomore in college, I received the call to ministry. Ever since then, God has been leading me to develop more as a leader and to develop the skills that he has given me. Right now, God has opened the door for me to be here at Christ Community Church and to grow more as a person and as a follower of him, to follow the path he has laid out for me.
